Cellulite Soap

The prime locations for cellulites, which is fatty tissue, are usually around the thighs, buttocks and stomach on women. However, men can suffer with cellulites as well and are often seen as patches lighter then the surrounding skin. When there is fluid in the layers of skin, it becomes a problem because stored fats and other toxins become trapped and do not get flushed out unlike a person with good circulation who will have smooth skin. The tissues with the stored fats and toxins become hard over time producing the bumpy ‘orange peel’ effect called cellulites.

There are many factors involved in how the cellulites will appear on any given individual as their weight, lifestyle and also their genetics all play an important role. Having said that even active women can get cellulite and it can be found even in the muscles of fit individuals, including dancers and athletes because there are different types of cellulites so being overweight is only one reason for having the problem. The cellulites that cause the most problems are the hard or solid types because they attach themselves to the muscles and often affect more active persons. The easier cellulites to see are the soft type and whilst they are more unsightly as they may appear to hang from the skin and affect larger muscle areas, they are considerably easier to remove.

It is women who suffer the most from cellulite and this can start anytime after their 14th birthday and will usually get worse with age. The contraceptive pill has been linked with acquiring cellulites, as has giving birth and suffering from an injury.



Cellulite Soap...

Having the correct diet and plenty of exercise is still believed to be the best way to control cellulites as exercise will improve the circulation which in turn improves the appearance of the skin. Although all types exercise can help, it is the diet that needs to be more specific; one that is detoxifying and contains plenty of fruit and vegetables. Coffee and soft drinks should be avoided where possible but wholegrain foods are definitely recommended.

Some people believe that eating spicy foods contributes to the cellulites formation but no specific proof that this is the case has so far been brought to light. However, the same cannot be said for smoking and alcohol which should be avoided as both help in the build-up of toxins in the body. Whilst a low fat diet is always preferably for health, reducing the intake of fatty foods helps reduce the enlargement of the cellulites because fat is harder to digest and more difficult to remove from your body.

Whilst cellulite creams have some success at preventing the cellulites formation and growth, they cannot as yet, remove cellulites from the tissue altogether. The creams that contain alpha-hydroxyl acid improve the elasticity of the skin making the cellulites less obvious but do not actually remove the cellulites. Removing toxins and fat from the body by using water therapy which also helps with digestion and circulation, has the added benefit of aiding in the removal of cellulites.
